THE
AVALON MEDITATIONS - Magical Journeys to the Isles
of the Blessed
by Mara Freeman
(with music by Gerry Smida)
Avalon
is the Inner Temple of the Mysteries of Britain, a
landscape of the soul, a country of the heart. It
is the land which the poet and mystic see in vision,
where the artist and musician find inspiration; where
the soul goes for spiritual refreshment: an ageless
land that offers initiation and enlightenment to all
those who set sail for her shores.
These
four Vision Journey meditations, set to the haunting
music of Celtic harp and zither, will open the ‘magic
casements’ of the mind, guiding you to this
hidden realm of timeless beauty and wisdom where you
may contact a deep source of magic, healing and power.
